I understand it's been a rough year, however, much better than last year! I just finished watching a brief Zoom meeting about being grateful! They gave an exercise to do that I'd like to pass on to you which is called GRATITUDE IN ACTION! Please send one or two or more of your friends and family a message in whichever way you choose to tell them, by email, message, phone call or text, how grateful you are to them. Hopefully, they will do the same for people they are grateful for this year! I wrote two of my long-term friends, one I've known for 46 years and the other for over 50 years! Then see what kind of response you receive! This is the time of year for this! Gratitude is a daily exercise and it has been proven to improve your mood!
