TAKE ACTION:
This week practice one of your favorite ways of investing in yourself for at least fifteen minutes every day. If you're able to get outside while practicing your self-investment on a few of those days is even better. Breathe in that fresh air, soak up the vitamin D from the sun and feel renewed!
